Outside Condenser Service -
1. Clean outside condenser coil using an environmentally safe product.
2. Clean unit around compressor and clear drain ports in base pan.
3. Clean and inspect electrical box.
4. Check and tighten connections.
5. Check voltage and amperage of loads.
Inside Evaporator Service -
1. Inspect and clean inside coil and cabinet, sanitize surfaces.
2.. Clean condensate drain line and inspect pan/trough.
3. Inspect and clean electrical box.
4. Inspect and tighten electrical connections.
5. Inspect and clean blower motor and blower blades.
**We do not check refrigerant level unless there is an indication of a problem after the service. Doing this will release a small amount of gas which then leaves your unit low and underperforming. If we find a low charge condition, we will inform you, and get approval before correcting it.

Manual Labor

Islandz can move an "Island" for you! Anything requiring manual labor and no trade skills will be considered. $35 hr.
$30 hr. if you are already using our regular mow service. $5 Off
